摘　　要：目的 :证实肌动蛋白存在于大鼠肝细胞核基质中。方法 :应用SDS_PAGE法分析大鼠肝细胞核基质的组分 ,以肌动蛋白多克隆抗体进行WesternBlot免疫印迹检测。结果 :核基质蛋白SDS_PAGE图谱中可见相当于肌动蛋白的 43KD条带 ,WesternBlot分析证实核基质中存在肌动蛋白条带。结论 :肌动蛋白是大鼠肝细胞核基质的组分之一。Objective:To determine actin in the nuclear matrices of the hepatocytes of rats.Methods:The nuclear matrices of hepatocytes were analyzed by SDS_PAGE and the actin was detected by Western Blot.Results:The polypeptide of 43 KD was found to occur in the nuclear matrices of the hepatocytes.It was determined to be actin by Western Blot analysis.Conclusion:The actin was demonstrated to be a component of the nuclear matrices of hepatocytes of rats.
