摘　　要：目的 :探讨以社区为基础康复对精神疾病防治康复的作用、可行性和可持续性。方法 :对汕头市精神病社区康复的覆盖率进行评估。 115例精神分裂症 5年社区康复的治疗、现病、社会功能及影响、复发进行前后比较 ,并与 72例社区自然状态下精神分裂症对照。结果 :精神病社区覆盖率达 2 6 43% ,精神分裂症 5年社区康复疗效显著 ,5年显进率达93 91% ,复发率 2 5 0 0 % ,对照病例则无变化或恶化 ,显进率 2 9 17% ,复发率 95 2 4%。结论 :社区康复对于精神疾病控制病情 ,恢复社会功能 ,防止复发显示明显作用。Objective:To study of the efficacy,feasibility and continuity based on community rehabilitations.Methods:The assessment of the coverage based on community rehabilitation in Shantou.One hundred and fifteen schizophrenia patients who had been treated with community rehabilitations for 5_year.The results were compared with 72 outpatient controls who didnt join the program.Results:The coverage rate was 26 43%. The rate of significant improvement was 93 91% and clinical relapse was 25 00%,there was significant improvent only in 29 17% and the relapse rate was 95 24% in control group in five years.Conclusion:Community_based rehabilitation helps to maintain clinical remission,improve social function and reduce relapses in pschiatric patients.
