摘　　要：目的 :探讨宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (CIN)及宫颈癌脱落细胞端粒酶活性检测的意义 ,并和相应活组织中端粒酶活性进行比较。方法 :应用TRAR ELISA法分别检测 13例CIN、17例宫颈癌及 11例正常宫颈脱落细胞和相应活组织中端粒酶活性。结果 :41例脱落细胞中 ,8例CIN、14例宫颈癌呈端粒酶阳性表达。而正常宫颈脱落细胞中无端粒酶活性表达。CIN、宫颈癌及正常宫颈脱落细胞中端粒酶活性分别是 (0 32 8± 0 192 ) ,(1 32 9± 0 2 5 9)和(0 0 39± 0 0 84) ,3组比较 ,差异有显著性 ,脱落细胞中端粒酶活性和活组织中一致 ,呈直线正相关。结论 :端粒酶激活在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用 ,脱落细胞中端粒酶活性和活组织中一致 ,能反映宫颈病变 ,可能成为宫颈癌早期诊断 ,判断病情进展及预后的一个生物学指标。Aim:To explore the potential value of telomerase activity in cervical scrapings and to compare telomerase activity in cervical scrapings with that in frozen specimens from the same patients with CIN or cervical cancer.Methods: Telomerase activity was measured quantitatively in paired scrapings and frozen specimens respectively from 13 cases of CIN, 17 cases of cervical cancer and 11 normal cervixes by TRAP-ELISA Results:Of the 41 scrapings, telomerase activity was detected out from 8 (6154%) patients with CIN, 14(8235%) patients with invasive cervical cancer and 0 in normal controls Mean telomerase activity in CIN, cervical cancer, and control groups were(0328±0192),(1329±0259) and (0039±0084),respectively There was statistically significant difference among 3 groups (p<001) Additionally, telomerase activity in scrapings was in accordance with that in frozen specimens Conclusion: Our data suggest that telomerase activation is an early event and may play an important role during cervical carcinogenesis and progression The level of telomerase activity in scrapings can mirror the cervical lesions as that in frozen tissues It may be used as a tumor biomarker for early diagnosis, progression, prognostic evaluation of cervical cancer
