摘　　要：目的　探讨V型斜视的手术方法及疗效。方法　 81例V型斜视手术治疗患者 ,按术式分为 3组 :水平直肌垂直移位组 (Ⅰ组 ) 67例 ,下斜肌截腱或鞘内断腱组 (Ⅱ组 ) 1 6例 ,水平肌部分断腱 +对抗肌垂直移位组 (Ⅲ组 ) 8例。结果　Ⅰ组中V型内斜视术前上、下方斜视角差为 3 0 6△ ,术后减小为 4 1 △ ,V型外斜视由术前 2 5 3 △ 减小为 7△ ;Ⅱ组中V型内斜视由 2 0 8△ 减至 2 8△ ,V型外斜视由 3 1 8△ 减至 5△ ;Ⅲ组的V型内斜视由 3 2 △ 减小至 6△ ,V型外斜视由 3 4 △ 减为 7△ 。结论　直肌附着点垂直移位、下斜肌截腱或鞘内断腱、水平肌部分断腱 +直接对抗肌垂直移位术矫正V型斜视均具有满意疗效。Objective To study the surgical treatment methods and the effects of V patterns. Methods The 81 cases were fallen into three groups in accordance with methods of operation. ① The insertions of horizontal rectus were displaced vertically. ② The myectomy or myotenotomy within the sheeth of inferior oblique muscle were performed, ③ The marginal myotomy of horizontal rectus combined with the antagonist displaced vertically. Results The three methods of operation were all effective. Conclusions The results in 3 groups are quite favorable, not only to align the eyes, but also restore binocular vision.
