脂肪肝血清总胆汁酸检测43例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清总胆汁酸的测定对脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法 :采用酶偶联连续监测法 ,检测 43例脂肪肝患者空腹、餐后 2h血清总胆汁酸 (totalbileacids ,TBA) ,并以 5 0名正常献血员作对照组。结果 :43例脂肪肝、5 0名对照组的空腹及餐后TBA活性值分别为 38.5 8± 16 .42 μmol/L、49.30± 2 0 .44 μmol/L和 5 .2 1± 3 .15 μmol/L、5 .44± 3.2 3μmol/L ,空腹及餐后 2h的TBA活性与对照组差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清TBA有助于脂肪肝的诊断 ,并能帮助临床医师动态观察脂肪肝的发生、发展及预后情况 ,特别是餐后 2h的TBA ,更能诊断轻度肝细胞损伤 ,为脂肪肝早发现。Objective:To estimate the diagnostic value of measurement of serum TBA in patients with fatty liver.Methods:Serum total bile acid(TBA) on an empty stomach and on the 2 hours postprandial were detected in 43 fatty liver patients,while 50 health blood donors as control groups.Results:The active value of TBA in 43 fatty liver patients and 50 donors at tasting and 2 hours postprandial were 38.58±16.42 μmol/L,49.30± 20.44 μmol/L and 5.21±3.15 μmol/L,5.44±3.23 μmol/L,respectively.By t test,the TBA values of fatty liver patients on an empty stomach and on the 2 hours postprandial were conspicuously higher than those of health blood controls( P <0.01).Conclusions:The detection of TBA is particularly helpful for the diagnosis of fatty liver and the clinical doctors to observe the occurence progressing and outcome of fatty liver dynamicaly.Especially the TBA value on the 2 hours postprandial can diagnose the liver lesion with low degrees by far it also affords dependable proofs for the early discovery and treatment of fatty liver.
