摘　　要：目的 :了解蚌埠医学院职工 40年来的死亡原因及其变化趋势。方法 :回顾调查 ,统计分析各种死亡原因顺位、时间趋势及与性别、年龄的关系。结果 :死亡原因前三位依次为恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病及脑血管疾病。恶性肿瘤死亡原因前三位排列为肺癌、肝癌及胃癌 ,死亡率有上升趋势。结论 :恶性肿瘤已成为严重影响职工健康的主要疾病 。Objective:To study the general causes of death among the staff of Bengbu Medical College from January 1958 to May 1999.Methods:The causes,time of death and its correlation with sex and age were analysed retrospectively.Results:The result showed that the three leading causes of death were malignant tumor,heart disease and brain vascular disease;the three chief malignant tumors that led to death were lung cancer,liver cancer and stomach cancer.The mortality of malignant tumor was going up.Conclusions:Malignant tumors have been endangering the college staff's life seriously.More attention should be directed to the prevention and treatment of cancers.
