摘  要:目的 评价国产半导体激光器的实用性 ,了解其对兔青光眼治疗的效果和安全性。方法 用国产半导体激光器对8例兔青光眼实施经巩膜的睫状体光凝术 ,术后观察其眼压及眼部变化逾 3月。结果 激光术后 10天起 ,实验组眼压即下降 ,有效率达 10 0 % ,1月时已降至正常范围。无明显并发症 ,无眼球萎缩。病理检查显示光凝处睫状体上皮及基质均出现凝固性坏死 ,其程度与激光击射能量有关。结论 国产半导体激光器性能稳定 ,能有效降低兔青光眼的眼压。Objective To evaluate the function of domestic made semi conductor laser and to understand its effect and safety on the refractory glaucoma.Methods 8 eyes of rabbits with glaucoma were underwent transscleral cyclophotocoagulation with semi conductor diode laser made in China.The changes of IOP,ocular and histopathology were observed more than 3 months.Results The IOP of all eyes decreased gradually after 10 days of cyclophotocoagulation without complications or atrophy.The IOP had been controlled satisfactorily at 1 month.The histopathologic studies revealed that the coagulation necrosis of ciliary epithelium and stroma presented at the areas of photocoagulation.The degree of coagulation necrosis was related to the energy of the laser in ciliary body.Conclusion Semi conductor diode laser made in China can reduce IOP effectively.It has a stable performance and same effect compared with the importations.Its role in clinical practice need to be studied continuously.
