超声乳化术中后囊破裂的分析及处理

摘　　要：目的　分析白内障超声乳化手术中后囊破裂的各种因素 ,探讨其预防及处理。方法　对 32 5例超乳手术中发生的部分后囊破裂的情况、疗效和并发症进行总结分析。结果　发生后囊破裂 18例占 5 5 3%。术后 3月视力≥ 1 0者 12例 ,视力 0 5～ 0 9者 4例 ,<0 5者 2例。结论　提高手术技巧、优秀的超乳手术系统、高清晰手术显微镜是预防后囊破裂的关键因素 ,后囊破裂应视其具体情况予相应恰当的处理 。Objective To investigate the factors,prevention and treatment of posterior capsular rupture in the phacoemulsification for cataracts.Methods To summarize instance,effect and complication that portion posterior capsular rupture in phacoemulsification for cataracts of 325 cases.Results Posterior capsular rupture in 18 cases (5.53%) The visual acuity operative after 3 months:≥1 0 in 12 cases,0.5～0.9 in 4 cases,<0 5 in 2 cases.Conclusion To advanced surgical technique,excellent system of phacoemulsification,high clear operating microscope are key factors to prevent posterior capsular rupture.The posterior capsular rupture should be treated with correspond to warranted instance,and could be achieved better curative effect.
