摘　　要：目的 :分析导致过氟化碳液体 (简称重水 )残留的常见原因及可能出现的并发症 ,探讨不同程度及条件下的重水残留应采取的最佳处理方法。方法 :5例患者在玻璃体切除术后均出现了不同程度的重水残留。 1例有晶体眼 ,少量重水残留 ,未作处理 ;1例无晶体眼残留的少量重水 ,坐位前房穿刺取出 ;1例大量重水残留角膜清亮者 ,术后短期内再次重水 /硅油交换 ,取出重水 ;1例大量重水残留角膜混浊者 ,三周后 ,局麻下采取头低坐位 ,6点角膜缘前房穿刺 ,颞下灌注口注硅油取出 ;1例术中角膜混浊 ,重水残留 ,同样采取头低坐位取出全部重水。结果 :4例患者残留之重水均成功取出 ,5例患者术后随访 3个月以上 ,视网膜复位良好 ,视力均在 0 .0 2以上。结论 :不同程度和条件下的重水残留 ,只要处理方法得当 ,术后仍可得到满意的效果。To evaluate the common causes of retained intraocular purfluocarbon liquid and discuss the optimal management of retained purfluocarbon liquid of different situations.Methods:Five patients was found to have retained intraocular purfluocarbon following vitrectomy surgery.One of them was phakic with only a small amount of purfluocarbon,and was left untreated.One patient was aphakic,and the purfluocarbon was removed through anterior chamber paracentesis while the patient was kept sitting.Fluid-oil exchange was performed shortly after the primary surgery in one subject with significant amount of purfluocarbon but with clear cornea.For the patient with significant amount purfluocarbon but with cloudy cornea,the management was performed 3 weeks postoperatively under local anesthesia with anterior chamber paracentesis at 6 o' clock limbal position along with slicone oil injection through inferior temperal infusion cannula.The last subject with cloudy cornea and retained purfluocarbon liquid was also treated in a similar fashion.Results:Retained intraocular purfluocarbon liquid was successfully cleared in all 4 treated subjects.All 5 patients were followed up to 3 months.Retinal reattachment was achieved with visual acuity reading bettter than 0.02 Conclusion With proper management,retained intraocular purfluocarbon liquid of different situation can be cleared with satisfatory outcomes.
