显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :对 6 0例玻璃体切割观察显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝在玻璃体切割术中的应用。方法 :6 0眼均行玻璃体切割 ,并在手术显微镜直视下冷凝所有的赤道部和赤道前的裂孔。结果 :术后随访 3— 12个月 ,裂孔封闭率达 95 .3% ,5 6眼 (93.3% )视网膜复位良好。结论 :应用手术显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝简单而疗效可靠 ,有重要的临床应用价值。To observe scleral cryotherapy under operation microscope in vitreoretinal surgery.Methods:We performed vitrectomy on 60 eyes,and cryotherapy on all of the hloes or tears in periphery retinal were done under operation microscope.Results:At the end of the followed-up,The holes or tears were closed in 95.3%,the retinal reattachment rate was 93.3%.Conclusions:The use of cryotherapy under microscope is easy and effective and has important value for clinical application.
