杯[4]芳烃硼酸与氨基酸配位作用的荧光光谱研究

摘　　要：用荧光光谱滴定法研究了 1 0种杯 [4 ]芳烃硼酸与 4种氨基酸的配位作用 ,根据扩展的 Hilderbrand-Benesi公式 ,计算出配合物的稳定常数和配位反应的 Gibbs自由能变化 .杯 [4 ]芳烃硼酸与 L-丙氨酸的配位能力和配位选择性均较强 ,可以使用杯 [4 ]芳烃硼酸通过荧光光谱法鉴别Coordination of ten kinds of calix[4]arenes bearing boronic acid moieties with four kinds of amino acids was studied by using fluorescence spectrometry. The stability constants( K s) of the complexes of calix[4]arenes bearing boronic acid moieties with amino acids and Gibbs free energy change(-Δ G °) of the coordination reactions were calculated according to the modified Hilderbrand Benesi equation. The results obtained indicated that the coordination abilities and selectivities of L alanine with calix[4]arenes bearing boronic acid moieties were stronger than that of the other amino acids, and that the above calix[4]arene derivatives could be used for identification of D alanine.
