摘　　要：目的 提高抗人小细胞肺癌单抗片段2F7(ah’)_2的放免显像效果。方法 应用生物素化单抗片段和.TC标记的SA二步法给药,在注射放射性标记物后2小时对荷瘤裸小鼠作前位静态显像。结果 二步法在2小时已见肿瘤部位放射性浓聚,4小时显像清楚。而直接法组和对照组无明显浓聚。结论 二步法预定位放免显像能缩短显像时间,有利于^(99)mTc短半衰期核素的应用。Purpose Two - step pretargeting technique was used to promote the efficacy of anti - SCLC McAb radioimmunoimaging. Methods Using nude mice bearing human small cell lung cancer (SCLC) as a model of tumor,2F7(ab' )2 conjugated with biotin was injected, followed by 99m Tc labeled streptavidin 24h later,SPECT imaging was performed at 2,4,6 or 24h after injection of 99mTc - labeled streptavidin. Results The resulte showed that the tumor was clearly visualized at 2h after injection, most clearly at 4h in two - step pretargeting group, while the tumor was not visualized in controls. Conclusion Using two - step prearting technique can obtained earler and better images. It is advantageous for using 99mTc.
