胃癌单克隆抗体GL-013对应抗原的免疫电镜分布观察

摘　　要：运用酶标免疫电镜技术,对16例不同类型胃癌进行了胃癌单克隆抗体GL-013对应之抗原的超微结构水平分布观察。证实了GL-013抗原在胃癌细胞及癌旁“正常”粘膜分布的差异,首次提出该抗原可能是一种可溶性胃癌相关抗原,可做为胃癌研究及血清学诊断的免疫指标之一。The ultrastructural distribution of the antigen assoociated with monoclonalantibody (GL-013) in 16 cases of gastric cancer was studied by immunoelectronmicroscopy. The results of our research showed that there was a little GL-013antigen in the microvilli of normal opithclium or distrituted regularly along thesurface of cells. In gastric cancer, GL-013 antigen was detected more heavy andirregularly over the entire membrane of cancer cells and also found in theprotein-synthetic and transport intracellular structure of cancer cells. The abnomaldistribution of GL-013 antigen in gastric cancer showed that GL-013 antigencould be used as an immunccytological marker in the research on gastric cancer.In addition, it showed that GL-013 antigen might be a soluble one associatedwith the gastric cancer. Therefor, GL-013 antigen can be used as a marker in the serodiagnosis of gastric cancer.
