摘　　要：从教育发展史的角度考察高等教育管理权力的产生与来源 ,分析高等教育管理权力的学术性特性 ,可以看出不同种类高等教育管理权力的来源是不相同的 ,不同的高等教育管理权力的作用对象也是不一样的 ;高等教育管理权力的学术性是其区别于其他社会权力的特性之所在。The administration power of higher education is one of the core issues of research on higher education administration. The author reviewed the production and sources of the administration power of higher education from the history of educational development, and analyzed the academic characteristic of the administration power of higher education. It was pointed out that different administration power of higher education had come from different sources, different administration power had different objectives to affect, and the academic characteristic was the administration power of higher education to differentiate itself from other kinds of social power.
