摘 要:介绍了一种先进的激光扭振测试技术。简要地介绍了激光扭振测试技术的原理、特点及在实验室的实际应用情况。指出激光扭振测试技术具有宽广的转速适测范围、非接触、全自动、测量精度高和测量方便等优点 ,应用时不需要改动待测轴系 ,安全性好、适用面广。该技术在监测汽轮发电机组轴系的扭振、测量机组轴系扭振固有频率、提高机组运行的安全性等方面有良好的应用前景。An advanced technology for the torsional vibration monitoring of a shaft is introduced.The principle and the characteristics of the technology and its applications in the laboratory are briefly presented.The laser technology for measuring torsional vibration has the advantages of wide\|speed\|valid,non\|contact,automation,high precision and convenience measuring,etc.No any modification in the shaft system are needed when measuring the torsional vibration by using the advanced laser technology,so,it is a safety technology and can be used to many kinds of shaft systems for the torsional vibration monitoring.It is concluded that the laser measurement technology in the torsional vibration monitoring,the natural frequency measurement of the torsional vibration,and the security improvement for the turbo\|generator unit operation,have good prospects.
