抗癌药/碘油乳剂及阿霉素微球栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的研究

摘　　要：用^(131)I-阿霉素/碘油乳剂对3例肝癌患者肝动脉栓塞后,肝区γ照相证实抗癌药选择性地存留在肿瘤组织,作用时间约3d。为获得更理想的栓塞和药物缓释作用,我们制备了阿霉素微球,体外释药显示微球释药明显慢于乳剂,第一阶段9h释药49.9%,第二阶段24h释药60%。对19例肝癌患者分别采用乳剂和微球-乳剂混合剂栓塞治疗,由于碘油的栓塞和载体作用,使肿瘤坏死、缩小、AFP下降、病人症状减轻、生存时间延长,与手术联合使用,对不能切除的肝癌患者提供了肿瘤切除的希望。^(131)I-Adriamycin emulsion intra-arterial infusion confirmed the localization effect of ethiodized oil.Anticancer activity retained in tumor tissues for 3 days.In order to get better chemoembolization effect,adria- mycin albumin microsphere was manufactured.The drug releases rate of micro-sphere was slow than that of emulsion,the first stage releases 49.9%during9 hours,the second releases 60% until 24 hours.19 cases of HCC were treat-ed using emulsion amd micrcsphere,respectively.The chemoembolizationeffect was obtained based on the actions of embolization and drug carrier ofethiodized oil.It has proved to be effective in alleviating patients′symptoms,lowering the AFP level,and should provide the possibilitys of tumor rese-ction and cure for unresectable HCC combing chemoembolization and surgical operation.
