经肋膈窦胸膜开窗术治疗肝右叶脓肿(附5例报告)

摘　　要：设计并施行经肋膈窦胸膜开窗术,治疗肝右叶脓肿5例,均治愈。此术式符合应用解剖学原则,引流途径短,较传统方法通畅。A new operative method,pleurostomy through costodiaphra-gmatic sinus for abscess of the right lobe of the liver,had been introducedin this paper.There were 5 cases of abscess of the right lobe of the liver had been hospitalized and received this operation and gained good results.Themain operative procedures of it consist of fixing the right costodiaphragmaticsinus by suturing the diaphragm to the lower part of costodiaphragmatic sinus pleura togather closely.Then the artificial fixation part of the pleuralcavity had been isolated and adhered from the thoracic and abdominal ca-vities.When pleurostomy for drainaging and iodoform gauze packing wasmade,the good results,no infectious spreading,no bleeding,and no obstrac-tion,would be gained.
