摘 要:在自然干旱条件下,进行田间小区试验,用1%CaCl2、50μg/mlGA及其1:1的Ca+GA混合剂处理小麦种子,观察对后期生长(灌浆期)某些生理变化与籽粒产量的关系。结果表明,药剂处理对灌浆期叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、光合作用参数、籽粒干物质积累都有不同程度的效应。其中以Ca2+处理的效果最佳。这些结果与考种分数综合分析是一致的。其原因是籽粒产量不仅受生长后期一些生理活动的影响,也受生长初期的影响,而经Ca+GA处理后成苗率高,成穗株数较多,对环境条件变化表现出较强的适应能力。Wheat seed dressing was treated with1%of solution of calcium(CaCl2)and 50 μg/ml of gibberelin(GA)and their mixture(1 :1)in the field plots;and its some physiological activities in the grain filling stage and the relationship between these activ- ities and the formation of the grain yield were observed. These experimental results showed that chemical (Ca2+, GA and Ca +GA)treatment to wheat seed can affect the changes in water content( in leaves ),chlorophyll content , photosynthetic parameters and dry matter accumulation during the grain filling stage. The effect of Ca2+treatment is the best among them. These results were in agreement with the results of the compre- hensive analysis for seed inspection. But in the grain yield, the effect of Ca+GA treat- ment is the best,The main reason was that the grain yield was affected by physiological activities not only in the late stage but also in the early stage. As a result,the rate of seedling maturity was increased through the Ca+GA treatment,thus ,showing the bet- ter adptation to changeable environmental conditions.
