摘　　要：综述了射频激励 CO2 激光器的发展历史和优异性能。对扩散冷却全金属结构射频激励 CO2 激光器的技术要点 ,从射频激励技术 ,实验原则 ,装置结构 ,扩散冷却 ,射频激励特征等几个方面进行了全面的论述。This paper has presented the overview of the phylogeny and its outstanding performances for RF exited CO 2 laser. The paper has roundly commented on the essentials of the art for diffusion cooled all metal RF exited CO 2 laser in a few of aspects, which include RF exiting, experimental principle, the configuration of the laser, diffusion cooling, the characteristics of RF exiting.
