摘  要:铸铁纤维复合摩阻材料由多种原料构成 .为了获得优良的性能 ,必须优化原料配方 .本文应用回归正交设计法建立铸铁纤维摩阻材料磨损率的数学模型 ,并用优化设计、模糊数学方法综合评价材料的摩擦性能指标 ,从而实现对材料配方的优化 .优化后的材料摩擦性能达到国家相关标准的规定指标 。The frictional material compounded with cast fiber is composed of various raw materials. In order to get good properties, it is necessary to optimize for the formulation of the material.The mathematics model for the wear and tear rate of the cast fiber material was established by means of regressive experiment method, and the frictional property targets of the material were judged by means of optimization techniques and fuzzy mathematics methods. Thus optimized for the formulation of the material was realized. The frictional property of the optimized material is come up to a set quote of the national standard, and is better than the property of asbestos material.
