摘　　要：根据自示教跟踪的概念,提出了一种新型数字式跟踪传感器模式,研制出相应的微机控制硬件及软件,采用传感器与焊炬分体安装的方式,使普通焊接跟踪器的盲区变成可严格插补的超前量。According to the concept of self-training, a new model of numerical seam tracking sensor is put forward. The hardware and software for the sensor is developed correspondingly. The manner that the sensor is separated from the welding torch makes the dead zone of ordinary and traditional seam tracking devices become an accuratly interpolational leading space.
