摘 要:微观政治学派认为追求更多利益是人们活动存在的基础,也是导致人际关系冲突极为重要的因素。若要实现自身利益则必须尊重他人利益,在这个过程中需要借助合理的权利结构来协调矛盾。将这个观点应用到强调构建合理有效的管理体系,才能实现组织对环境变迁的适应及获取相应的利益。本文着重论述了微观政治学关于利与权的关系及其在企业管理体系中的应用,倾向于建立多元型领导体系结构。Micro-politicians believe that human beings activities relate to the pursuit of more interests, and this is also a primary reason why there are personal conflicts. It is taken for granted that without respecting the interests of others self-interest will not be fulfilled. Conflicts in this process shall be harmonized by a reasonable power structure. When this idea is applied to business management, it turns out that an effective management system could make an organization more adaptive to its environment changes and ensure its own interests. This article explains interest and power co-relation in business management, and gets a conclusion that multi-management system is good for an organization.
