淮海经济区城市化与中心城市问题解析

摘　　要：城市化是所有国家走向现代化的必由之路，也是中国实现小康之后经济社会发展的当务之急。本文论证了建立淮海经济区中心城市的现实意义，分析了区域中心城市形成困难的经济学原因在于资本积累、分配和使用的属地化和城乡户籍行政隔离制度，提出了加速淮海经济区城市化进程的若干对策建议。The urbanization is the must for the modernization of all countries. It is also a task of top priority for the economic and social development of China after its being comparatively well－off. The paper has made some suggestions on how to quicken the urbanization of Huaihai economic zone. It has laid emphasis on the expounding and proving the practical significance of establishing the central city in Huaihai economic zone and has analyzed the causes of some difficulties from the aspect of economics.
