摘　　要：从两个不同的角度，研究了目前中国企业技术创新活动所面临的各种环境问题。然后，结合上述的各种分析结果，重点地提出了在未来的一段时间内中国企业开展技术创新活动应采取的各项重要措施。First of all, from two deferent aspects this paper deeply discusses some environmental problems which enterprises in China faced in technological innovation activities． Afterwards combined with conclusion reached this paper significantly puts foreword some important measures which will be adopted in the activities of technological innovation in China’s enterprises in new period．
