摘　　要：本文报告经CT证实的丘脑卒中31例,其中出血22例,梗塞9例。临床分析眼球运动障碍,瞳孔缩小,光反应迟钝是丘脑出血与桥脑出血的鉴别要点,主观感觉障碍多见可与颈内动脉系统梗塞相区别;卒中病例有尿失禁和言语迟缓,含糊不清,声音低小等失语特征是提供丘脑卒中的线索。It was reported that in 31 cases of thalamic apoplexythere were 22 cases of hemorrhage and 9 cases ofinfarction.Clinical analyses showed that disturbance ofeyeball movement,miosis and dullness of Light reflex werethe distinguashed features of pontine hemorrhage,thatsubjective sensory disturbance was a differentiation fromthe infarction of internal carotid arteries,and that slowspeech,low sound of speech,aphasia and incontinence ofurine were the clues for diagnosing thalamic apoplexy.
