摘　　要：车架是摩托车中外形线长度最大,要求安装配合参数最多的框架结构件。从工艺设计、胎具设计、控制焊接变形和缺陷、表面处理等各环节实行严格的品质控制,多年来生产出多种型号的车架全部为合格品。The frame of motorcycle is the longest structural member with more parameters for assembling and matching. This paper describes the methods of controlling the frame quality in terms of process design, mould design, control of deformation and defects from welding surface treatment, etc.
