摘　　要：目的　探讨口服髓鞘素诱导免疫耐受对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎 (EAE)发病及组织病理变化的影响。　方法　以 Wistar大鼠为 EAE动物模型 ,观察口服耐受组与直接免疫组发病情况及病变组织炎症细胞浸润的差别。　结果　口服耐受组发病率明显降低 ,起病时间相对延迟 ,症状较轻 ,病理组织中炎性细胞浸润数明显减少。Objective\ To investigate the effects of immunologic tolerance induced by oral administration of myelin on the incidence and histopathologic changes of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE).\ Methods\ Wistar rats were used to establish the EAE model.\ The difference of incidence and inflammatory cells infiltration in the central nervous system in both oral tolerance and direct immunizing groups were observed.\ Results\ Animals in oral tolerance group had a marked decreased incidence rate with delayed onset, mild clinical apperance and decreased inflammatory infiltration.\ Conclusion\ Oral administration of myelin can induce immune tolerance mechanism and suppress the occurrence of EAE
