摘 要:目的 制备吸附性能强、可再生的羧甲基壳聚糖树脂 ,研究其对 Cu2 + 吸附性能。 方法 以羧甲基壳聚糖 (CMCS)为原料、戊二醛为交联剂 ,利用戊二醛与 CMCS中游离氨基形成希夫碱而交联 ,制备阳离子型树脂。用分光光度法测定吸附前后溶液中 Cu2 + 含量。 结果 羧甲基壳聚糖树脂不溶于水、酸和碱 ,5 m in内对 Cu2 + 的吸附趋于平衡 ,吸附容量为 92 .2 2 mg/ g,再生重复使用 6次 ,吸附容量基本不变 ,对 Cu2 + 的吸附等温线符合 L angmuir或 Freundlich等温方程。 结论 羧甲基壳聚糖经戊二醛交联制成的树脂 ,抗酸碱性好 ,吸附容量大 ,吸附速度快 ,再生方便 ,可重复使用 。Objective To prepare regenerated resin of cross\|linked carboxymethyl chitosan(\{CMCS\}), and study its adsorption properties for Cu 2+ .\ Methods\ Using CMCS as raw material, glutaraldehyde as cross\|linked agent, regenerated resin of CMCS was prepared by the reaction of \|CHO with \|NH\-2.\ Copper ions in the aqueous solution were determined by spectrophotometry.\ Results\ The experiment results showed that the resin of CMCS was unsoluable in water, acid or base.\ Adsorption capacity of the resin for Cu 2+ was 92.22 mg/g and an equilibrium reached after adsorbing for 5 min.\ High adsorption capacity was still maintained when the resin had been reused for six times after regeneration.\ The Langmuir or Freundlich adsorption isotherm model was found to be a good description for the adsorption of Cu 2+ on the resin.\ Conclusion\ The cross\|linked resin of CMCS has good anti\|acid and anti\|base ability, high adsorption capacity, and fast rate of adsorption for metal ions.\ The resin can be reused after simple regeneration.
