摘  要:目的 :探讨 nm2 3- H1表达与宫颈鳞癌发展转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 2 3例宫颈原位癌及 5 5例浸润鳞癌中 nm2 3- H1的表达情况。结果 :原位癌 nm 2 3- H1阳性表达率高于浸润癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。浸润癌中 ,nm 2 3-H1阳性表达率随 FIGO临床分期升高而有下降趋势 , 、 期与 期比较 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;有淋巴结转移者其原发灶阳性表达率明显低于无淋巴结转移者 (P<0 .0 1) ;组织学分化程度高者阳性率高于分化程度低者 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3- H1基因可抑制宫颈癌发展及淋巴结转移。Objective:To study the relationship between nm23 H1 protein and infiltration and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.Methods:The expression of nm23 H1 protein in 23 carcinoma in situ and 56 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma were determined immunhistochemically.Results:The positive expression rate of nm23 H1 protein in carcinoma in situ was higher than that in invasive cervical carcinoma ( P <0 05).The positive rate of nm23 H1 in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage was higher than that in Ⅲ stage ( P <0 05).The positive rate in cervical carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in nonmetastasis ( P <0 01).The positive rates in well and moderately differentiated invasive carcinoma were higher than in those of poorly differentiated ( P <0 05).Condusions: nm23 gene may play an important role in the inhibitory effect on the development and the lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
