摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫恶性肿瘤的可能性和安全性。方法 :采用电视腹腔镜技术对 2 3例早期子宫恶性肿瘤患者进行手术治疗 ,其中 16例子宫内膜癌施行腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除加双附件切除术 ,5例子宫颈癌及另 2例子宫体癌行腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴结清扫加广泛子宫切除术。结果 :腹腔镜广泛子宫切除术平均手术时间 2 15 .44m in,术中失血量 2 78.38ml,腹腔镜盆腔淋巴结清扫加广泛子宫切除术平均手术时间 30 0 .86 m in,术中失血量 5 5 0 ml。术中无一例脏器损伤。平均住院时间 8天。结论 :开展腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫恶性肿瘤是可行的 ,安全的 ,值得研究与运用。Objectives:To determine the possibility and safety of treatment of early malignant uterine tumor by operational laparoscopy.Methods:23 patients with early malignant tumor of uterine were operated via video laparoscopy.Radical hysterectomy was performed on 16 cases with endometrial carcinoma,and 2 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 5 cases were operated by radical hysterectomy plus excision of pelvic lymph node.Results:the mean value of operation time and bleeding volume of radical hysterectomy were 215.44min and 278.38ml,respectively;and those of radical hysterectomy plus excision of pelvic lymph node were 300.86min and 550ml.All of the operation was successful and safe without any viscera damage.The mean hospitalization time was 8 days.Conclusions:Treatment of early malignant tumor of uterine via operational laparoscopy was a safe and feasible method,and could be applied and investigated.
