CLNICAL COMPARISON OF COBDP AND IMPROVED INBDP REGIMENS FOR THE TREATMENT OF NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA

摘　　要：目的　探讨COBDP方案和改良后的INBDP联合化疗方案在治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的临床近期疗效和毒副反应。方法　以异环磷酰胺 ,诺维本分别替代COBDP联合化疗方案中的环磷酰胺和长春新碱。两种方案共治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤 73例进行疗效比较 ,以 χ2 和P值检验。结果　INBDP方案组CR率 79 3 % ,优于COBDP方案组的 5 6 9% ,(χ2 =3 92 6 ,P <0 0 5 )。INBDP方案组RR率 93 1%高于COBDP方案组 81 8% ,(χ2 =1 883 ,P <0 0 5 )。两组方案的副反应均表现在骨髓抑制方面 。Objective To study the clinical response and toxic action of patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma treated with COBDP or improved INBDP chemotherapy. Methods The improved INBDP regimen used Ifosfamide (IFO) and Vinorelbine (NVB) to substitute cyclophosphomide (CTX) and Vincristine (VCR), 29 and 44 cases respectively. Results The CR rates of these 2 groups were 79 3 % and 56 8 % respectively. The main toxic action was myelosuppression in both groups, but the improved INBDP group is better than the COBDP group. Conclusion The improved INBDP regimen is a more effective and less toxic regimen than the ordinary COBDP regimen in the treatment of non Hodgikin's lymphoma.
