颈部食管-胃吻合对患者心肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管癌切除、颈部吻合术后对患者心肺功能的影响。方法　对 6 2例心电图正常患者连续心电监测 ,并用彩色多谱勒超声及肺功能仪对反映心肺功能的主要指标进行手术前、后发生变化的研究。结果　术前与术后心功能主要指标左室短轴缩短率 (FS)、E峰至室间隔间距(EPSS)、每次搏出量 (SV)、每分钟排血量 (CO)、射血分类(EF)、E峰速度 /A峰速度比值 (E/A) ,用力肺活量 (FC)、1秒钟用力呼气流量 (EFV1)、最大通气量 (MVV)、用力呼气流量(FEF)均有相应变化 ,随时间逐渐消失。结论　食管癌切除、食管 胃颈部吻合对心肺功能确有较大影响 。Objective To study the effect on the heart and pulmonary function after the resection of esophagus carcinoma and cervical anastomosis.Methods 62 patients with esophagus carcinoma and with normal electric cardiography(ECG) were studied with continued ECG monitoring,and with colour doppler ultrasonic wave and pulmonary function detector on the heart and pulmonary function before and after the operation.Results 15 patients (24 2%) had cardiac arrhythmia and the main indexes,included FS,EPSS,SV,CO,EF,E/A,FC,FEV 1 ,MVV and FEF had some postoperative alteration,but all improved as time went on Conclusion This operation has a definite influence on the heart and pulmonary function.Postoperative heart and pulmonary function monitoring can improve the perioperative period safety and also the postoperative life quality.
