摘 要:利用人卵巢癌Cocl细胞株制备裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型。将两种不同浓度Cocl细胞悬液(5×107/100μL及5×109/100μL)接种于裸鼠背部皮下,观察3个月后计算各组移植瘤形成率,病理切片及电镜下观察Cocl细胞及移植瘤细胞。两组移植瘤形成率分别为93.75%及100%。通过病理切片及电镜下观察,细胞株与移植瘤细胞形态无明显差异。Cocl每注射点细胞浓度为5×107/100μL及5×109/100μL时成瘤率高,为卵巢癌的进一步研究提供了理想材料和模型。By means of cocl cell strain suspensions,the auth ors have established a model of human ovarian epithelian adenocarcinoma in nude mice.Cocl cells with two different concentrations (5×107/100μL,5×109/100μL) were administrated subcutaneous xenografts in nude mice.After three month observations, the rate of successful inoculation was calculated,electromicroscopic and histopathological examination were conducted.The rates of successful inoculation were 93.75% and 100% in two groups.Cocl cells are not much different with xenograft cells in electromicroscopic and histopathological examination.When the cell concentrations were 5×107/100μL and 5×109/100μL per jection,the rate of successful inoculation is higher,which provides an ideal material and model for further study of human ovarian cancer.
