金珠滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :对金珠滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎进行实验动物的疗效评价。方法 :采用球结膜下埋线法造成兔眼慢性结膜炎模型 ,分别以金珠滴眼液 (7 8%、3 9% )、0 2 5 %氯霉素、生理盐水治疗 ,每日手电肉眼及荧光染色裂隙灯观察、记录 ,观察期4周。结果 :金珠滴眼液 1、2、4周疗效的综合分值判定均与对照组有显著差异 ,7 8%金珠滴眼液效果更为显著 ,且均无局部刺激性。结论 :金珠滴眼液对家兔慢性结膜炎有明显的治疗作用 ,可望为临床常见多发的慢性结膜炎患者消除或缓解症状提供有效的治疗药物。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of topical application of Jin-Zhu eye drops on chronic conjunctivitis in rabbits and observe the local irritation.Methods:Chronic conjunctivitis models in 44 rabbits(only right eyes)were built by 5-0 silk embeded in superior bulbar conjunctiva,then they were divided into four groups randomly and topically applied 78% Jin-Zhu eye drop,39% Jin-Zhu eye drops,025% chloramphenical and normal saline(NS)respectively for 4 weeks.At weekly intervals,the related comparisons and statistic analyses were carried out.Results:The analyses of the scores showed good results in all treated groups,and there is significant difference between Jin-Zhu eye drops and control groups.The results also indicated optimal concentration of Jin-Zhu eye drops was 78%,and both concentrations of 78% and 39% had no irritation to the rabbit eyes.Conclusion:It is demonstrated that Jin-Zhu eye drops (both 78% and 39% concentrations) applied topically are well tolerated and effective in chronic conjunctivitis in rabbits,thus,Jin-Zhu solution is potential to be a new first-line drug for chronic conjunctivitis.
