摘 要:目的:探讨肿瘤患者免疫偏斜状态及化疗时其的纠正作用。方法:采用ELISA法测定了肿瘤患者血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α、IFN-γ的水平及一线化疗后上述细胞因子的变化。结果:与正常人对照,IFN-γ及TNF-α呈显著下降,而 IL-2和IL-4变化不显著。正常人:IFN-γ 266±193.5pg/ml,TNF-α 291.2±64.8pg/ml,IL-2 346.2±198.2pg/ml,IL-4 148.9±47.8pg/ml。带瘤组:IFN-γ 45.8±31.2pg/ml,TNF-α 62.5±142pg/ml,IL-2 552.3±742.5pg/ml,IL-4240.1±224.3pg/ml。术后组:IFN-γ 36.4±18.8pg/ml,TNF-α 32.7±15.1pg/ml,IL-2 245.1±123pg/ml,IL-4 121.6±107.5pg/ml。化疗后IFN-γ和TNF-α均有不同程度回升。带瘤组化疗前:IFN-γ 38.4±29pg/ml,TNF-α 18.1±14pg/ml;化疗后:IFN-γ 62±59.4pg/ml,TNF-α 35.4±25.2pg/ml。术后组化疗前:IFN?Objective To study the immune deviation in tumor patients and modulating effect of chemotherapy. Methods: In this experiment, the levels of serum IL-2, IL-4, TNF-a, IFN-γ in tumor patients and the changes of these cytokines after the first chemotherapy were measured with ELISA method. Results: As compared with normal control, the levels of serum IFN-γ and TNF-α in tumor patients decreased markedly, but the changes in IL-2 and IL-4 was not significant. Normal control: IFN-γ 266±193.5pg/ml, TNF-α 291.2±64.8pg/ml, IL-2 346.2± 198.2pg/ml, IL-4 148.9±47.8pg/ml. Tumor-bearing patients: IFN-γ 45.8±31.2pg/ml, TNF-α 62.5±142pg/ml, IL-2 552.3±742.5pg/ml, IL-4 240.1±224.3pg.ml. Patients after operation: IFN-γ 36.4±18.8pg/ml, TNF-α 32.7±15.1pg/ml, IL-2 245.1±123pg/ml, IL-4 121.6±107.5pg/ml. After routine chemotherapy, the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in tumor patients raised again in varying degrees. Tumor-bearing patients before chemotherapy: IFN-γ 38.4±29pg/ml, TNF-α 18.1±14pg/ ml. After chemotherapy: IFN-γ 62±59.4pg/ml, TNF-α 35.4±25.2pg/ml. Postoperative patients before chemotherapy: IFN-γ 45.8±57.2pg/ml, TNF-α 26.8±12.7pg/ml. After chemotherapy: IFN-γ 64.5±68.3pg/ml, TNF-α 32.9±15.9pg/ml. Conclusion: The modulation of cytokine network in tumor patients loses its balance and chemotherapeutic drugs play a modulating role on it.
