抑郁症患者血清细胞因子水平的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨细胞因子在抑郁症发病中的作用。方法　用酶联免疫吸附法检测 2 2例抑郁症患者 (抑郁症组 )和 2 0名正常人 (对照组 )的血清白细胞介素 (IL) 1 β、IL 2、IL 6、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)和γ 干扰素 (IFN γ)水平 ,均以nmol/L计。结果　抑郁症组血清IL 2水平为 0 46± 0 5 2 ,明显高于对照组的 0 15± 0 19(t=2 5 17,P <0 0 5 )。抑郁症组的IL 1β、IL 6、TNF α和IFN γ水平分别为0 32± 0 5 7,0 14± 0 37,0 0 3± 0 0 5和 0 0 5± 0 13,与对照组 (分别为 0 2 3± 0 2 5 ,0 0 8± 0 2 3,0 0 5±0 0 9和 0 0 1± 0 0 4)比较 ,差异无显著性 (t分别为 0 6 45 ,0 5 89,1 0 99和 1 110 ,P >0 0 5 )。结论　抑郁症患者的血清IL 2水平升高 ,提示ILObjective To investigate the association between cytokines and depression Method Serum levels of interleukin 1β(IL 1β), interleukin 2 (IL 2), interleukin 6 (IL 6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and γ interferon (IFN γ) were measured in 22 depressive patients and 20 normal control by ELISA Results The serum level of IL 2 in depression group (0 46 nmol/L±0 52 nmol/L)was significantly higher than that in control group (0 15 nmol/L±0 19 nmol/L, t =2 517, P <0 05) There was not significantly difference in serum levels of IL 1β、IL 6、TNF α and IFN γ between depression group and control group( t =0 645, 0 589, 1 099 and 1 110, respectively, P >0 05) Conclusions It is suggested that IL 2 plays a role in pathogenesis of depression
