摘  要:目的 将脑梗死纳络酮即刻效应与体感诱发电位 (SEP)脑功能评价法相结合 ,以探讨脑梗死的神经功能变化和纳洛酮对其的影响。方法 结合临床和影像资料 ,动态分析纳洛酮治疗脑梗死前后的SEP表现。结果 皮层电位N2 0 未引出的责任病灶 ,一是丘脑梗死 ,二是放射冠和顶叶梗死 ;N2 0 再现与纳洛酮药效相一致 ;纳洛酮对脑梗死的影响 ,与改善神经传导功能相比 ,主要是提高大脑神经元兴奋性。结论 SEP既是评价脑梗死纳洛酮即刻疗效的客观、敏感方法 。Objective To explore the neural function change in cerebral infarct and the effect of naloxone as well as the immediate effect of naloxone on brain function as evaluated by SEP(somatosensory evoked potential).Methods With a comprehensive study of clinical & imaging data,we analysed dynamically the brain infarction SEP before & after naloxone treatment.Results The responsible foci not elicited by cortical potential N 20 are thalamus infarction,and coronal radiation & parietal lobe infarction.The N 20 recurrence is consistent with naloxones therapeutic effect.The effect of naloxone is mainly to increase neuronal excitability,while at the same time,to ameliorate nervous conductivity.Conclusion SEP can be an objective & sensitive method of evaluating naloxones instant effect on cerebral infarction,and can be used to explore the functional mechanism of naloxone.
