摘  要:探讨实验性脾、肾阳虚模型大鼠自由基损伤的差异性 ,揭示脾肾相关的分子生物学基础。采用经典方法 ,分别复制脾阳虚证和肾阳虚证动物模型。观察并对比了两种模型大鼠和相应治疗组的脂质过氧化物 (L PO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、心肌黄酶 (DTD)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化。结果 ,脾、肾阳虚模型大鼠L PO含量升高 ,三种抗氧化酶活性均下降 ,且组间差异显著。治疗药物具有降低 L PO,升高抗氧化酶活性的作用。脂质过氧化是脾、肾阳虚证形成的共同病理生理基础。Objective:To explore the difference between the damage of free radicals to spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-yang deficiency in rats.Methods:The spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency in rats were setup by successive methods at the present.The change of lipid peroxidation(LPO),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),DT-diaphorase(DTD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)were studied in both the model groups and treatment groups.Results:LPO content was higher and antioxidases activity was lower in spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency groups in rats than in the normal group,and there were significant differences among them.Herbs used in this experiment made the content of LPO decreased and the activity of antioxidases increased.Conclusions:The damage of lipid peroxidation to biomembrane might be the common basis in physiology and pathology for spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency.
