摘  要:目的 评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (excimerlaserinsitukeratomileusis ,LASIK)治疗高度近视的疗效。方法  2 3例 (4 1眼 )高度近视 ,平均屈光度为 - 14.74± 3.72D ,采用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗 ,随访观察 3个月以上。结果 术后第 1天 ,裸眼视力有明显提高 ,裸眼视力达术前矫正视力者为 39.2 %。术后1个月及 3个月裸眼视力达术前矫正视力者分别为 5 8.5 4%、5 3.6 6 % ,术后 3个月 41.46 %为正视眼 ,≤土 1.0D为 6 5 .85 % ,≤土 2 .0D为 77.2 7%。结论 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视眼的近期疗效满意 ,其远期疗效有待进一步观察研究。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of excimer laser assisted in situ keratomileusis for the correction of high degree myopia. Methods To study retrospectively 41 eyes of 23 patients, who received excimer laser in situ keratomileusis, followed up for at least 3 months. The mean preoperative refraction was -14.74± 3.72D. Results At first day, the uncorrected visual acuity was markedly improved, 39.2% achieved their preoperative best corrected visual acuity. At 1 and 3 months, 58.54% and 53.66% achieved their preoperative best corrected visual acuity respectively. Meanwhile, no refractive error being 41.46%. ≤土1.0D being 65.85%, ≤土2.0D being 77.27%. Conclusion Excimer laser assisted in situ keratomileusis is an effective and safe method for correction of high degree myopia. However, the long term therapeutic effects await further observation.
