摘　　要：目的　分析E2F 1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法　利用免疫组化ABC法检测E2F 1在2 0例颌骨软骨肉瘤和 8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果　软骨肉瘤中E2F 1的阳性表达率为 6 5 % (13/ 2 0 ) ,病理学分级间阳性表达率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,原发与复发病例的阳性表达率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在骨软骨瘤中的阳性率为 12 .5 % (1/ 8) ,与软骨肉瘤相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　E2F 1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中过表达并可作为癌基因标志之一。Objective To analyze the expression and significance of E2F 1 in chondrosarcoma of the jaws. Method E2F 1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of the jaws. Results The results showed that the positive rate of E2F 1 in chondrosarcoma was 65% (13/20), and there was no distinct difference among the pathological grades ( P >0.05). Recurrent and primary chondrosarcoma showed no difference in E2F 1 positive rate ( P >0.05). E2F 1 was present in 1/ 8 (12.5%) osteochondroma. The positive rate was remarkably significant between chondrosarcoma and osteochondroma ( P <0.05). Conclusion The results indicate that E2F 1 is over expressed in chondrosarcoma of the jaws and may act as one of the oncogene markers. (Shanghai Med J, 2001,24∶173)
