摘 要:人胰岛素样生长因子II(IGFⅡ)是一种胚胎性生长因子,与肝、肌、肾细胞生长有关,但其详细功能仍不明,我们曾于1988年报道了人原发性肝癌中IGFⅡ的过量表达,以后又进行了IGFⅡ基因工程的表达研究。This is the first report about the simultaneous overexpression of both Insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF Ⅱ) and its receptor(IGF Ⅱ R) at mRNA level in human primary hepatic cancers (PHC). In 10 PHC samples from China, IGF Ⅱ and IGF Ⅱ R were both over-expressed, whearas only a background signal was detected in normal liver. In 5 pairs of PHO and oancer adjacent non-tumours liver tissues from South Africa, IGF Ⅱ and IGF Ⅱ R were also overexpressed in PHC mRNA expression of IGF Ⅱ in all 5 cases and IGF Ⅱ R in 4 of 5 oases were higher in cancer than in non-cancerous liver tissue. These results strongly implicate the autocrine and paracrine mechanism in auto- nomous growth of PHC.
