纤维胃镜检查5272例消化性溃疡分析

摘　　要：本文报告19960例纤维胃镜检查患者中,消化性清疡5272例,十二指肠溃疡3574例,胃溃疡1427例。十二指肠溃疡平均年龄较胃清疡年轻10岁。文章总结了不同年龄组溃疡部位分布的特点,以及随年龄增长高位溃疡逐渐增多,胃溃疡伴发萎缩性胃炎明显高于十二指肠溃疡。In 19 960 cases of gastroscopic examination, there were 5272 cases of peptic ulcer, the detection rate was 26.41%.Among them there were 260 cases in senility(4.93%), 1488 in presenium(28.22%)and 3521 cases in middleyoung age (66.85%). Among peptic ulcers, duodenal ulcer presented 67.79% and gastric ulcer 27.92%. The ratio of duodenal ulcer to gastric ulcer was 2.5: 1 ,The ratio of male to female was 3.3: 1.The average age of duodenal ulcer was ten years younger than that of gastric ulcer. This paper also discussed the characteristic of ulcer site in different age groups, as the age increased the ulcer of higher location gradually increased. Cases of gastric ulcer complicated with atrophic gastritis was much more than those of duodenal ulcer.
