摘 要:40名健康男性青年,分5批参加了头低0~6°、卧床8~23天的实验。卧床前、中、后,分别观察分析了16~28项生理、生化指标。在此基础上,进行了宏观、整体的系统学分析。对每名受试者,均可提供70%以上信息的2~4项综合指标来代替原有的众多观测指标。整个人体系统的机能状态,可由此2~4项综合指标所构成的低维系统相空间中的生理机能状态点的位置和运动轨迹来反映。各个人体系统在卧床中自适应的系统结构特征,可通过综合指标所反映的主要生理意义去了解。同时,生理机能状态点运动的轨迹、方向、距离、振荡和涨落情况,存在着个体差异,反映了卧床中人体系统调节品质的优劣和恢复程度等。Eight to twenty—three day bed—rest tests with head down tilt (HDT) 0—6°in 40 healthy young men (in 5 groups) were carried out. Sixteen to twenty—eight physiological and biochemical parameters were observed and analyzed before、during and after bed rest. Macro integral system analysis was performed. For every subject, all of the multiple original observed parameters were substituted with 2—4 comprehensive parameters which provided more than 70% information. The locations and traces of physiological functional state points were found to reflect whole body system functional state in the 2—4 dimensional system phasic space composed by these comprehensive parameters. The system struc tural characteristics of self—organization and self—adaptation of various individual body systems during bed—rest tests could be understood from the main physiological meanings of comprehensive parameters. There were individual differences in the traces (directions, distances, undulations and fluctuations) of physiological functional state points during bed—rest tests. The characteristics of regulations and the degree of recovery would be reflected by them.
