摘  要:探讨了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)冻胶纤维的萃取机理。为防止有机萃取剂的挥发,将其与水配成水包油型乳液,作为复合萃取剂。讨论了复合萃取剂的挥发性,研究了不同配比复合萃取剂对聚乙烯冻胶纤维的萃取工艺。结果表明:复合萃取剂中有效萃取成份为有机萃取剂,各复合萃取剂最佳萃取浴比时其中有机萃取剂与丝条重量比均为17:1左右,最佳萃取时间均为6分钟。The extracting mechanism of UHMWPE gel-spun fiber was discussed. In order to prevent the volatility of organic extracting agent, the 0/W emulsion of organic extracting agent and water was prepared. The volatile capacity of composite extracting agent was discussed, the extracting technology of this emulsion with different mixing ratio was studied. It was indicated that the effective extracting composition was organic agent. For all composite extracting agent, the optimum bath ratio of organic agent to gel fiber was 17:1 or so, the optimum extracting tune was 6min.
