摘 要:以典型的顽拗性种子黄皮为试材 ,研究了花后不同时间的种子、收获后萌发的种子及 15℃湿藏种子的脱水敏感性变化及其与种子胚轴中可溶性糖含量的关系。 15℃湿藏 15 0d及 6 0 0d使种子脱水敏感性增强 ,与寡糖含量下降以至消失及寡糖 /蔗糖 (O/D)之比下降极为一致 ,虽然花后 6 7d的种子耐脱水能力最强 ,但此时蔗糖、寡糖含量及寡糖 /蔗糖之比却并非最高。虽然 15℃湿藏 15 0d的种子萌发 4d最耐脱水 ,但寡糖含量及寡糖 /蔗糖之比在萌发 3d时均已降至0。结果表明 ,发育及萌发种子的脱水敏感性与蔗糖。Desiccation sensitivity and its relation to soluble sugars of embryonic axes were studied in seeds during their development, germinated seeds and moist storage seeds of wampee ( Clausena lansium (Lour.)Skeels). The results are as follows:1.Among seeds of 5 different developmental stages (60 DAA,67 DAA,74 DAA,81 DAA and 86 DAA; DAA:Days after anthesis),67 DAA seeds were most desiccation tolerant (Fig.1) , but the sugar content in their embryonic axes was not the highest (Table 2); 2.Lowering vigor index and increasing desiccation sensitivity of seeds during moist storage for 150 d and 600 d at 15℃ were correlated with higher sucrose content and lower oligosaccharides/sucrose(O/D ratio)(Tables 3,4);3. Seeds after moist storage for 150 d germinated for 4 d still showed desiccation tolerance, but oligosaccharides and O/D had declined to 0 after 3 d of germination (Table 5).The results indicate that: desiccation sensitivity of developing or germinated seeds are correlated with developmental stage and are not correlated with sugar content and O/D ratio .
