摘　　要：以蒸汽爆破处理的玉米秸杆为主要原料 ,接种木霉菌和酵母菌 ,进行混合发酵生产高酶活单细胞蛋白。在优选的条件下 ,产品蛋白质含量达 31 .82 % ,较原料提高 49.69% ,纤维素降解率达 56.88% ,产品纤维素酶活性达 1 0 5U/g。Mixed fermentation by T.reesei and C.tropicalis was studied for the production of high enzyme activity SCP from stream explosion maize stalk.Under the optimal conditions,the raw protein obtained by mixed fermentation reached 31.82%,it was 49.69% higher than that of the medium used. 56.88% of the content of raw cellulose was reduced, and the cellulase activity reached 105u/g.
