小切口手法碎核白内障摘出联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的　探讨小切口手法碎核白内障摘出并植入折叠式人工晶状体的方法及疗效。方法　在上方角巩膜缘作隧道切口 ,采用水分离游离小硬核 ,使用三角形 1/ 4碎核器和移核镊碎核及移核 ,对 18例 (2 2眼 )老年性白内障患者摘出白内障 ,并植入折叠式人工晶状体。结果　术后 1wk,矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 15眼 (占 6 9% ) ,平均角膜散光屈光度数 2 .13D± 0 .98D;术后 3m o,矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 2 0眼 (占 91% ) ,平均角膜散光屈光度数 1.0 3D± 0 .77D。结论　小切口手法碎核白内障摘出联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术是一种有效、安全、简便。Objective To study the technique and therapeutic effects of small incision cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division and foldable intraocular lens (FIOL) implantation Methods The surgery was performed through a corneoscleral limbus tunnel incision on 22 eyes of 18 patients with senile cataract The small hard nucleus were dissociated with water, divided with a one fourth triangle nucleus divider ,removed with a nucleus removed forceps Then, FIOL were implanted Results Postoperatively, the visual acuities with spherical correction were 0 5 or better in 69% (15/22) and in 91% (20/22) at one week and three months respectively The mean post operative astigmatism was 2 13D±0 98D at one week and 1 03D±0 77D at 3 months Conclusion The small incision cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division and FIOL implantation is an effective, safe, simple, economical technique
