白龙片配合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察白龙片配合化疗治疗气血两虚型中晚期肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 :按实体瘤治疗标准进行疗效分析 ,评定其改善症状、生活质量及免疫功能的变化。结果 :治疗组 30例患者症状改善率为 96 .6 % ,病灶缓解率 11.76 % ,生活质量改善 ,机体免疫力增强 ,治疗后与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :白龙片对中晚期肺癌化疗患者有较肯定疗效 ,其抗癌作用与免疫功能增强 ,如NK细胞和ILObjective: To observe the clinical effect of Bailong Tablets combined with chemotherapy on NSCLC(dual vacuity of qi and blood syndrome). Methods: According to the clinical effect standard of solid tumour, the curative effects were analyzed and the changes in improvement of symptons、 immunity and life quality were evaluated.Results: In the treatment group(30 cases), improvement rate of sympton was 99.6%. The focal remission rate was 11.76%. The life quality was improved and immunologic function was strengthened. There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion: Bailong Tablets combined with chemotherapy had a confirmed clinical effect on the intermediate and late NSCLC. Its antitumor and immunologic actions are increased, such as the raising of activities of NK cell and IL 2.
