摘　　要：目的 :探索治疗视神经外伤较好的手术方法和手术时机。方法 :开展了经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术 ,结果 :采用经鼻内窥镜鼻内进路视神经管减压术 5例 ,其中 3例视力由术前的无光感、光感恢复到术后的 0 2～ 0 4,讨论了手术时机、手术进路的优点和不足、影响疗效的主要因素。结论 :认为经鼻内窥镜筛蝶窦进路视神经管减压术 ,出血少 ,有更大的实用性 ,是治疗视神经损伤较好的手术方法。视神经外伤后应行减压术 ,并越早越好。Objective:To find a better method and operative opportunity to treat traumatic optic nearopathy. Methods: Five cases were treated by transnasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal optic canal decompression in clinic. Results: Three of them had their visual acuity improved from NLP, LP to 0.2～0.4 after the operation. the operative opportunity, merits of operative approaches, the key factors of treatment were discussed. Conclusion:Transnasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal optic canal decompression is a good method for treatment of pst-traumatic optic neuropathy. optic canal decompression should be done as earlier as possible after optic nerve trauma.
