儿童先天性上斜肌麻痹的手术治疗

摘　　要：对儿童先天性上斜肌麻痹的手术治疗临床探讨及疗效的观察。方法 :对 5 2例先天性上斜肌麻痹患儿采取了各种检查 ,如同视机、三棱镜加遮盖、Parks三步法及代偿头位的试验 ,确诊无误时我们主要采用下斜肌后徙前转位手术治疗。结果 :随访结果 ,治愈 2 5例 ( 48.0 7% ) ,改善 2 3例 ( 44 .2 3% ) ,失败 4例 ( 7.7% )。总有效率 ( 92 .3% ) ;代偿头位术前 38例 ,术后消失 32例 ( 84.2 % )。结论 :治疗先天性上斜肌麻痹主要目的是矫正斜视 ,尽可能获得最大的融合功能 ,消除代偿头位 ,并认为下斜肌后徙前转位术治疗上斜肌麻痹是目前较为理想的手术方式之一 。Clinical exploration and observation on operation treatment of children congenital paralysis of superior oblique,Methods:52 patients were examined with synoptophore,prism and alternative test,parks 3 step method and compensatory head posture.when definte diagnosis were made,these patients were operated on.Inferior oblique recession front part reverse.Results:25 patients were cured(48 07%),23 patients improved(44 23%),4 cases failed(7 7%).General effective rste(92 3%)。Compensatory head posture operation,38 patients,cured 32(84 2%)。Conclusion:the purpose of this treatment is to right strabismus,Try to obtain as much fusion function as possible.Remove compensatory head posture.This kind of treatment is ideul at prsent It is considered one of the most effective ways to cure such disease。
